Do you arrange transportation to the place of the experience ?For all of our "Taylor-Made" tours : We will arrange all transportation fully in line with each customer's requirements. For example, to and from the nearest train station, as well as departing the tour from customer's accommodation and returning to the accommodation after the tour. If you have booked one of our "Deep Local Cultural Experiences" only : Basically we do not arrange transportation. We will meet at the location where the experience will take place. However, if there is a special request from our customer, we may be able to arrange transportation from the location of your choice to the location where the experience will take place. Any additional costs incurred in this case are not included in the cost of each "Deep Local Cultural experiences", and will be charged additionally.

・Booking must be made at least 14 days in advance, and it may take longer during busy seasons.

Guest requirements

Further remarks
・Arrival later than 10 minutes after the starting time will result in cancellation. No refunds will be made.
・Due to unavoidable circumstances, programs or workshops are subject to last-minute changes and cancellations.

・In the following cases, the tour may be cancelled before or even after the start of the tour on the day of the tour.
- When the person experiencing the tour is a patient with a specified infectious disease, etc.
- When the participant is unable to do the tour due to illness, absence of a necessary caregiver, or other reasons.
- When the participant is found to have committed an act contrary to the law, public order, or good morals.
- When the participant uses language or behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other participants.
- When the participant disrupts the discipline of the tour by assault or threats, etc., and interferes with the safe and smooth implementation of the tour
